Welcome to version 1.7 of Light-It!

The game is inspired by the arcade game Tube-It.

your task:
Arrange the fallen blocks, so they build a connection between the left (power) and the right (bulbs) side.
You can drag and turn the blocks to fulfil this task.
If the blocks reach the upper line, the game is over.
If a block is connected with the left or the right side it will be marked.
The different colours means:
yellow - the block has connection to power
black - the block has connection to one or more bulbs
dark red - there is a connection between power and bulbs, which can be rearranged during a short time
light red - the connection between power and bulbs is locked, just as your ability to move or turn blocks; the connected blocks will soon disappear and give you some points

You get extra points by connecting more than one bulb.

Blue blocks have to be 'destroyed' two times!

There are different modes to play:

1. One or two players can play independent from each other. The game is parted in rounds whereat a certain amount of blocks has to be connected to reach the next one.
The less chains you build to reach the goal, the more bonus points you'll get.

2. Two players can play simultaneous whereat both players get the same blocks. There are rounds like in mode 1.

3. Two players play against each other with the same blocks. If one player connects some blocks, the opposite player will get some fast falling blocks. The number is the half of the number of connected blocks. E.g. if player 1 connect 10 blocks, player 2 will get 5 fast falling blocks. The first falling block will always be a blue one!

There are 3 difficulties to play, which differ in the speed of the falling blocks.

If you build short connections the blocks will fall faster. The speed increases for chains shorter than 15 blocks. Chains shorter than 10 blocks increases more!
To help you, the number of connected blocks and a possible speed increase is displayed at the bottom of the playfield.
Apart from that, the speed is increased if you don't build chains while a certain number of blocks fall. By building a chain this feature is resetted.

If you build a chain the next block will be a blue one!

The colors of the bulbs or a breaking bulb have no meaning for the game apart from a short delay!

For the controls I refer to the configure menu that can be accessed from the title screen.
If a player chooses mouse control, the keysettings stay intact, so he/she can input his/her initials for the highscore!

To quit a running play, press the pause key 6 times!

F1 turns the music on/off!
F2 changes fullscreen/windowed
F3 changes the difficulty (only if no player is playing)

Have Fun!!!
