This is the Editor window. You can see 3 working screens where the object will be viewed from top, front and from side. The fourth screen is the perspect window where the object can be rotated, zoomed and look from all directions.

At right there is the toolbar.

Buttons in Editor window

Vertex buttons
Add vertex (V) Adds new vertex to the position pointed by the 3D-cursor.
Del vertex (DELETE) Deletes the selected vertices.
Face buttons
Make face (VÄLILYÖNTI) Connects 3 or 4 vertices to each other to build a face.
Del face (DELETE) Deletes the selected faces. Vertices remain untouched.
Face prop (F) Opens the Face Properties-menu where you can adjust the properties of the selected faces (colors and textures...)
Inv. Normal Inverts the normal-vector of the face so that the visible side of the face changes. See more information about the faces from Face Properties-page.
Twist 1 ja Twist 2 A face with 4 vertices can be self intersecting. In case this happens, you can use these buttons to straighten the face.
Object buttons
Center Object Centers the object by the 3D-cursor.
Flip Mirrors the object against X-, Y- or Z-axis.
Import object Imports another object to be part of current object.
Texture buttons
Texture Manager Opens the Texture Manager.
Predefined shapes
Circle Creates a set of vertices that form circle. Number of vertices can be defined.
   
File and settings-buttons
Load Loads an object from file.
Save Saves this object.
Prefs Opens the preferences page.
New Clears the current object and sets up a new object.
Help Shows help page
Exit Quits the editor and returns to mainmenu or Project Manager.
   

Letter in brackets means the keyboard shortcut.

 

Toolbar's information

At the bottom of the toolbar there's 4 textlines. The meaning of them is:

Number of vertices (visible vertices / total vertices). If the numbers are unequal, some of the vertices are hidden. Press H-key to bring the back.

Number of faces (visible / total). If numbers are unequal, press H-key to bring all faces back to visible.
