Allegro SpeedHack 1999 Entry

"Outpost 29 : Buggy Wars!"
    By Patrick Hogan

Controls : Arrow Keys to move and Space to fire.
           OR
Mouse left/right to turn, Left Button to fire,
           Right button to accelerate

Command line options :

-pn where "n" is the number of players (2 - 30) (default 3)
-nl don't show moon landscape (default false)
-gl force generation of landscape (by default it will create a landscape
and cache it to disk) (default false)
-sn where "n" is the seed for generating the landscape (default 0)
-fn where "n" is the number of frames to frameskip (default 1)

It's not very complete and is very hard. But not too bad for 6
hours work. :o) Try adding 30 players and watch the fire fight. *g*
I would have done more if I had the time but this is all I could squeeze
into the few hours I had. Yes I know the BEL use is pretty lame, but since
it's use is primarily to get attention I used it to draw attention to the
fact that the game is generating landscapes and not freezing. :o)
Code was heavily ripped from many of my projects and some graphics too
although I did create some extra's like the buggies, the wheels and the 29.
29 is used as the amount of score you get from a kill and a nice 29 appears
when you kill a player.

Cheers,
Patrick
